Our Delivery Route Driver works a Full Time 4 DAY WORK WEEK, Week Days Only, Daytime Only, Home Every Day.

Reports to: Delivery Driver Trainer.

Position Overview: The Delivery Route Driver is responsible for safe delivery of beverage products with minimal disruption to our retail accounts.

Primary Objective: To safely and efficiently deliver beverage products promptly to retail accounts. Rotating all products, stocking coolers and back stock storage areas and building displays aiming at increasing profitability. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary: $20.00 per hour training pay, with potential for $21.50 per hour after 90 days with positive reviews.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Safety/Equipment

• Maintain all DOT and FMCSA required standards.
• Perform Pre/Post Trip Inspection, reporting any defects.
• Safe operation of vehicle obeying all Federal, State, and Local traffic laws.
• Ensure safe and secure working environment, including handcarts, pallet jacks, and lift gates.

Delivery

• Deliver beverages in varying package sizes, as well as kegs, to various retail accounts.
• Follows and does not deviate from established sequenced route and adheres to time schedules.
• Perform all duties in a safe proper manner.
• Count inventory on truck to insure accurate count out.
• Utilize pick sheet for accurate delivery to each account.
• Walk the account for out of stocks, filling displays, filling coolers, filling racks.
• Utilize handcart to put beverage in designated areas within establishment.
• ROTATE ALL PRODUCT (kegs and package beverages).
• Fill existing displays while also looking for display opportunity.
• Build new displays following priority calendar and adjacency standards.
• Remove all dunnage, breakage, and Out of Code product from the retailer
• Communicate with sales rep daily (errors, out of stocks, opportunities).
• Give retailer proper credits for returns.
• Collect payment for all invoices (check, money order, charge account).
• Down stacks beer for safe delivery to next location.
• Maintain truck cab in a clean and organized manner.

Our Order Selector works a Full Time (30+hours) 4 DAY WORK WEEK, Week Days Only and Daytime Only.

Reports to: Outbound Team Manager.

Position Overview: The Order Selector uses a pallet-jack to manually select cases of products from the pick location, palletizing, and shrink wrapping the merchandise and delivering it to a staging area without damage.

Primary Objective: To accurately pick and verify product to ensure the warehouse operates in keeping the promise of sales. The outbound team adds value by ensuring the accuracy of all orders.

Salary: $20.00 per hour training pay, with potential for $21.00 per hour after 6 weeks with positive reviews.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pick product from pick locations, wrap product with shrink-wrap following established procedures, and deliver to staging area.
• Efficiently operate a battery-powered pallet-jack.
• Build and transport a stable pallet of various products up to seven feet high.
• Order Selector must meet established minimum productivity standards cases per hour working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure product integrity.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Adhere to company policies, standards and best practices, including safety and attendance standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management (or designee).

Skills & Requirements:

• Six to twelve months experience safely operating industrial equipment and/or order selecting preferred (but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong detail orientation is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic math skills required, including accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and basic computer skills.
• Teamwork, self-motivated, problem solving, and initiative to support the needs of a fast-paced environment.
• Steel toe / Composite toe shoes
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, turn, reach, pull, push, balance and lift objects up to 85 pounds, in a fast-paced environment for extended period.
• Must be able to transport various objects weighing 20-85 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Must have the ability to stand, walk and move about for extended periods.
• Must be able to stand and balance throughout the shift while operating industrial equipment.
• Regularly works in warehouse environment with heat and cold, coolers and refrigerators in temperatures as low as 34 degrees Fahrenheit.
